SmartBuilder ranked #1 in 12 of 24 criteria in eLearning Guild Report

Suddenly Smart’s e-learning authoring tool, SmartBuilder, received more top rankings than any other product in the recently published eLearning Guild 360° Research report on Immersive Learning Simulations.

Trainers, instructional designers, training managers, educators and other e-learning tool users rated SmartBuilder #1 in 12 out of 24 criteria including:

  • Power and flexibility
  • Cost effectiveness
  • Vendor responsiveness
  • Rules based branching
  • Soft-skills activities
  • SCORM compliance

“We are delighted with the report’s findings,” said Robert Penn, CEO of Suddenly Smart. “We are especially pleased because this reflects the opinions of trainers who are creating courseware day in and day out.”

The study also confirmed the principles underlying Suddenly Smart’s mission. That truly interactive e-learning:

  • Is more effective: 93% of respondents said that immersive learning simulations are “better than other forms of rich-skill practice.”
  • Leads to bottom line results: 76% reported “a modest or very good return on investment” as a result of using immersive learning simulations.
