In this powerful introductory lesson, MEBN uses a variety of interactive techniques to involve learners.
Notice the use of drag-and-drop exercises to reinforce key concepts and the invitation to “learn more” via mouseovers. A case is presented using an authentic, context relevant situation, one of the hallmarks of effective e-learning. MEBN has incorporated audio and used animated time-lines to link object transitions to relevant audio tracks.
The rich interface was built using SmartBuilder. Please take the time to explore the search utility, expandable course menu, visual “thumbnail” menu, reference links and text transcript.

“We had been using a custom built interface to develop content. We, however, were unable to maintain it and needed to find a way to affordably replicate the robust functionality of our existing lessons.
SmartBuilder enabled us to do just that. Once we re-created this first module in SmartBuilder, we were able to re-use the design and build out future modules in-house”
