The Fraud Overview course was designed to be a highly interactive web-based e-learning solution that focuses on adult learner needs. Through instructional interactivity, real-world scenarios challenge learners to problem solve and make decisions. This technique engages and captures the learner’s attention, making learning about this compliance topic fun and applicable in everyday situations.
In the Fraud Overview course, the learner assumes the role of an apprentice detective who must gather information from various resources and people, complete activities, and receive feedback from a senior detective along the way. Once all of the information has been gathered and clues uncovered, the learner goes to the final interrogation (assessment), where he or she must demonstrate skills and provide case information in order to be promoted to Assistant Detective.
